Scarf Description:
This scarf is in the shape of a triangle. It is made with an acrylic yarn that variegates in color from purple, to burgundy, to dark red, to orange, to yellow, and then back to purple. I have taken a picture of this scarf from the back so you can see the changes in color. For fun and fluff, I had crocheted in lines of red eyelash yarn. Eyelash yarn is the yarn that has many small strings coming out of a center string. This adds some texture and added detail to the scarf. At the lower end of the scarf I have crocheted a bit of a ruffle. At the top there is a blonde wood button on the one of the ends. I think my favorite way to wear the scarf is twice around the neck with the button in the front. You can see this in one of my pictures.
Yarn:
-An acrylic variegated yarn
-An acrylic red eyelash yarn
Measurements:
-Across the top of the scarf, the longest line of the triangle, the measurement is 42 inches.
-The two even sides that go down to the point are about 31 inches. This is about as there are a lot of ruffles. I measured with the scarf lying down on the table.
-From the center top to the lower center point is 24 inches.
-From the center of the button to the center of where you would button up the scarf is 34 inches.

This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-3 days based on USPS holidays and Sundays.
Washing instructions:
Hand wash in cool soapy water. Be sure your soap is a mild soap and you will only need to use just a little soap. Rinse, then lay the item in a towel and roll the towel with the scarf inside. Then press out the excess water. Then lay the scarf flat to dry. Once dry, if the scarf needs a bit of fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer for 1-2 minutes with a dryer sheet.

My packaging for my crocheted items is that I place them in a food grade plastic bag and place them in a mailing envelope. If it is one of my larger items I will use a box. The plastic protects the item in shipping in case the envelope or box gets wet. Once you receive the hand crocheted item, shake it to fluff. The scarf could smell a bit like the plastic bag when you get it...a bit of time out of the bag and this smell should go away.

This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-3 days because I have a day job. I need the day job to support my yarn and bead habit. So, sometimes an order may come in while I am at the day job and would not be able to mail the same day.
