Hat Description:
This Hat is crocheted in a soft thick dark red or burgundy yarn.
Pin Description:
To make the cap a bit more exciting, I have crocheted a fluffy flower pin to go along with the hat. The yarn used for the flower pin is a multi colored yarn in the colors of light pink, dark pink, cream, and grey. The pinks in this yarn have some extra fluffy pieces. In the center of the pin there are acrylic bead flowers in bright pink, lavender, and purple. Throughout and in between these flowers I have sewn in glass pearls in the colors of purple, light pink, dark pink, and white. I backed the back of the flower pin with a cream colored piece of felt to protect the stitching, and onto the felt I have sewn two pins. One pin is at the top of the flower, and the other is at the bottom. This is ensure the flower pin does not flop when you wear it. You can also turn the flower sideways on the hat. The model head I am using is a bit smaller than the average human head.
Your purchase will include both the hat and the pin.
Yarn:
-The burgundy yarn is an acrylic yarn.
-The yarn for the flower is an acrylic/polyester blend.
Measurements:
-The hat is 9 inches from the top center to the crown.
-The brim is about 21 inches in diameter.
-The crochet will have a bit of stretch so the hat should fit most.

This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-3 days based on USPS holidays and Sundays.
Washing instructions: Hand wash in cool soapy water. Be sure your soap is a mild soap and you will only need to use just a little soap. Rinse, then lay the item in a towel and roll the towel with the scarf inside. Then press out the excess water. Then lay the scarf flat to dry. Once dry, if the scarf needs a bit of fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer for 1-2 minutes with a dryer sheet. I would suggest spot cleaning the flower.

My packaging for my crocheted items is that I place them in a food grade plastic bag and place them in a mailing envelope. If it is one of my larger items I will use a box. The plastic protects the item in shipping in case the envelope or box gets wet. Once you receive the hand crocheted item, shake it to fluff. The scarf could smell a bit like the plastic bag when you get it...a bit of time out of the bag and this smell should go away.
Color: Colors may very just a bit based on the difference in computer monitors.

This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-3 days because I have a day job. I need the day job to support my yarn and bead habit. So, sometimes an order may come in while I am at the day job and would not be able to mail the same day.
