This bracelet is made with agate and shell gemstones. The center stone is an oval banged agate onyx bead that is in the colors of orange and cream. There are also faceted gold crystals and round shell beads space with gold plated beads and bead caps. The bracelet closes with a gold plated toggle clasp.
Onyx is the mystical birthstone for the month of December. Onyx is also given on the 7th and 10th wedding anniversary. Onyx is a banded variety of chalcedony. The onyx bands are formed with fine growths in layers of quartz and morganite. The banded lines in onyx are a straighter line that the curvy lines found in banded agate.
I have made a matching pair of earrings for this bracelet. The earrings have faceted orange agate gemstone bead framed by a small gold plated bead cap. These hang from gold plated fish hook style ear wires.
Your purchase will include both the bracelet and earrings.
Measurements:
-The center banded onyx agate gemstone is 1 1/8 inches long by ¾ inches wide and is 4 mm thick.
-The gold faceted crystal is 8mm wide by 6mm long.
-The gold plated bead is 10mm long by 12mm wide.
-The orange and white shell beads are 6mm in diameter
-The oval faceted gold crystals are 6mm long by 4mm wide.
-The bracelet is 8 inches long and closes just a bit shorter with the toggle clasp.
-The faceted orange agate bead on the earrings is 12mm in diameter.
-The earrings are a total length of 1 ½ inches.

Frequently Asked Questions
Care Instructions for my crocheted items
Hand wash in cool soapy water. Be sure your soap is a mild soap and you will only need to use just a little soap. Rinse, then lay the item in a towel and roll the towel with the scarf inside. Then press out the excess water. Then lay the scarf flat to dry. Once dry, if the scarf needs a bit of fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer for 1-2 minutes with a dryer sheet.
Care instructions for my Jewelry
I always recommend storing jewelry in a small plastic bag. I will send one of these with your order. This will keep the item from tarnishing, and will also keep necklaces and chains from getting tangled.

Packaging for Crocheted Items
Crochet items:
My packaging for my crocheted items is that I place them in a food grade plastic bag and place them in a mailing envelope. If it is one of my larger items I will use a box. The plastic protects the item in shipping in case the envelope or box gets wet. Once you receive the hand crocheted item, shake it to fluff. The scarf could smell a bit like the plastic bag when you get it...a bit of time out of the bag and this smell should go away.

My packaging for jewelry will include a cotton lined jewelry box. I do this because it adds more protection for the jewelry while it ships. I will also tie a bow around it. It could get a bit wrinkled in the mail, but it makes it more fun to unwrap! It also makes a nice package for giving as a gift.
