Details

This scarf is hand crocheted with several yarns. It is a short scarf with a key hole. You would place one end of the scarf through the key hole and wear snug to your neck. The Scarf is 26 inches long. The key hole starts at 20 inches and is 3 inches long. The keyhole is not noticeable, and the scarf can be worn without using the key hole, and instead using a brooch to secure the scarf. The scarf is six inches wide. The edges of the scarf have a fluffy eyelash yarn this is nice and soft.

I have also hand crocheted fringe on each end. The fringe is about 5 inches long. I have hand knotted the ends of the fringe. The fringe on each end makes the scarf look a bit longer. This scarf is the perfect size to roll up and place in your coat pocket or purse when you are not using it.

The yarns are a mix of polyester and acrylic yarns and include
-The eyelash yarn in the colors of brown, green, yellow, and grey.
-A yarn that has strands in cream, brown, and a light lime green.
-A brown yarn that has a small strand of blue going through it.

Hand Crocheted Scarf Item EC00098

This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-2 days because I have a day job. I need the day job to support my yarn and bead habit. So, sometimes an order may come in while I am at the day job and would not be able to mail the same day.

My packaging for my crocheted items is that I place them in a food grade plastic bag and place them in a mailing envelope. If it is one of my larger items I will use a box. The plastic protects the item in shipping in case the envelope or box gets wet. Once you receive the hand crocheted item, shake it to fluff. The scarf could smell a bit like the plastic bag when you get it...a bit of time out of the bag and this smell should go away.

Hand Wash! In cool sudsy water. Not too much soap. Once rinsed, place the scarf in a towel and roll up the towel. Then press on the towel to extract the excess moisture from the scarf. Then lay the scarf flat to dry. If the scarf needs some fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer for a minute or two with a dryer sheet

This scarf was crocheted in a smoke free and pet free home.

Frequently Asked Questions

Care Instructions for my crocheted items

Hand wash in cool soapy water. Be sure your soap is a mild soap and you will only need to use just a little soap. Rinse, then lay the item in a towel and roll the towel with the scarf inside. Then press out the excess water. Then lay the scarf flat to dry. Once dry, if the scarf needs a bit of fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer for 1-2 minutes with a dryer sheet.

Care instructions for my Jewelry

I always recommend storing jewelry in a small plastic bag. I will send one of these with your order. This will keep the item from tarnishing, and will also keep necklaces and chains from getting tangled.

Packaging for Jewelry items

My packaging for jewelry will include a cotton lined jewelry box. I do this because it adds more protection for the jewelry while it ships. I will also tie a bow around it. It could get a bit wrinkled in the mail, but it makes it more fun to unwrap! It also makes a nice package for giving as a gift.
