This lanyard is made with large ceramic navy blue beads. On the ends of each of the ceramic blue beads there is a silver plated beads caps. Along with these ceramic beads there are some grey glass pearl beads. Looking at the necklace, it is the blue beads that make the statement on this lanyard.
The lanyard is 29 inches long. The center portion with the large silver plate lobster clamp hangs down an additional 5 inches. The lobster clamp is large and is where you would place your badge. The lanyard closes with a silver plate copper toggle. With the toggle you do not have to worry about placing the necklace over your head and messing up your hair-do!
Not only will you be fashionable with your beaded lanyard, but I have also made a pair of earrings to match. You can’t go wrong with earrings! They are made with one of the 14mm clay beads with the silver plate bead caps on each end. These hang from silver plate ear wires.
If you work for a company that requires you wear a badge, it is fun to turn your must wear into a fashion accessory.

Frequently Asked Questions
Care Instructions for my crocheted items
Hand wash in cool soapy water. Be sure your soap is a mild soap and you will only need to use just a little soap. Rinse, then lay the item in a towel and roll the towel with the scarf inside. Then press out the excess water. Then lay the scarf flat to dry. Once dry, if the scarf needs a bit of fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer for 1-2 minutes with a dryer sheet.
Care instructions for my Jewelry
I always recommend storing jewelry in a small plastic bag. I will send one of these with your order. This will keep the item from tarnishing, and will also keep necklaces and chains from getting tangled.

Packaging for Crocheted Items
Crochet items:
My packaging for my crocheted items is that I place them in a food grade plastic bag and place them in a mailing envelope. If it is one of my larger items I will use a box. The plastic protects the item in shipping in case the envelope or box gets wet. Once you receive the hand crocheted item, shake it to fluff. The scarf could smell a bit like the plastic bag when you get it...a bit of time out of the bag and this smell should go away.

My packaging for jewelry will include a cotton lined jewelry box. I do this because it adds more protection for the jewelry while it ships. I will also tie a bow around it. It could get a bit wrinkled in the mail, but it makes it more fun to unwrap! It also makes a nice package for giving as a gift.

This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-3 days because I have a day job. I need the day job to support my yarn and bead habit. So, sometimes an order may come in while I am at the day job and would not be able to mail the same day.
