This cowl is hand crocheted using a cream yarn and a couple different brown yarns. The cream yarn has a thin thread going through it that sparkles in white, light blue, green, and yellow. It is hard to see this yarn in my pictures, but it add a nice sparkle to this cowl. The pattern for the cowl his horizontal, with rows of brown yarn, a brown and cream yarn, and the sparkle cream yarn.
The cowl scarf can be worn full, or folded in half for a shorter version. The cowl scarf is 32 inches around and thirteen inches from top to bottom.
Suggested washing instructions would be to wash by hand. Rinse, then place in a towel, roll up the towel and press out the excess water. Then lay flat to dry. The sparkle thread within the cream yarn will not like the washer or dryer.
My packaging for my crocheted items is that I place them in a plastic bag and place them in a mailing envelope. If it is one of my larger items I will use a box. The plastic protect the item in shipping in case the envelope or box gets wet. Once you receive the hand crocheted item, shake it to fluff. The scarf could smell a bit like the plastic bag when you get it...a bit of time out of the bag and this smell should go away.
This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-3 days based on USPS holidays and Sundays.

Frequently Asked Questions
Care Instructions for my crocheted items
Hand wash in cool soapy water. Be sure your soap is a mild soap and you will only need to use just a little soap. Rinse, then lay the item in a towel and roll the towel with the scarf inside. Then press out the excess water. Then lay the scarf flat to dry. Once dry, if the scarf needs a bit of fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer for 1-2 minutes with a dryer sheet.
Care instructions for my Jewelry
I always recommend storing jewelry in a small plastic bag. I will send one of these with your order. This will keep the item from tarnishing, and will also keep necklaces and chains from getting tangled.

My packaging for jewelry will include a cotton lined jewelry box. I do this because it adds more protection for the jewelry while it ships. I will also tie a bow around it. It could get a bit wrinkled in the mail, but it makes it more fun to unwrap! It also makes a nice package for giving as a gift.
Processing Time
This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-3 days because I have a day job. I need the day job to support my yarn and bead habit. So, sometimes an order may come in while I am at the day job and would not be able to mail the same day.
