This gemstone badge holder or lanyard necklace is made with agates, jasper, and jade gemstone beads. The agate beads are what I notice when I first look at the lanyard. They are a creamy white with veins of brown, tan, yellow, and orange. There are also some brown picture jasper gemstone beads. These round jasper gemstones have silver plated bead caps on each end. The jade beads are 4mm round and go around the back of the necklace as well as space out the agate and the jasper gemstones in the front of the lanyard necklace.
There are some flat square embossed silver plate beads which have a bit of black antiquing to bring out the design.
In the center there is a large silver plate lobster clasp that has a design embossed on the sides. This lobster clasp is large enough to hold the standard badge. The design on the sides of this lobster clasp is brought out with black antiquing.
The lanyard closes in the back with a silver plate hook and eye.
The earrings are the round brown jasper gemstone beads with a silver plate bead cap on top, and a jade bead under the jasper bead and on top of the silver plate bead cap. These hang from silver plate fish hook style ear wires.
Measurements:
The lanyard length is 36 inches.
The agate gemstone beads are 30mm by 20mm.
The silver plate flat square bead is 10mm
The round picture jasper gemstone bead is 12mm.
The jade beads are 4mm
The lobster clasp is 25mm long by 20 mm wide.
The earrings are 1 7/8 inches, which include the silver plate ear wires.

Frequently Asked Questions
Care Instructions for my crocheted items
Hand wash in cool soapy water. Be sure your soap is a mild soap and you will only need to use just a little soap. Rinse, then lay the item in a towel and roll the towel with the scarf inside. Then press out the excess water. Then lay the scarf flat to dry. Once dry, if the scarf needs a bit of fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer for 1-2 minutes with a dryer sheet.
Care instructions for my Jewelry
I always recommend storing jewelry in a small plastic bag. I will send one of these with your order. This will keep the item from tarnishing, and will also keep necklaces and chains from getting tangled.

Packaging for Crocheted Items
Crochet items:
My packaging for my crocheted items is that I place them in a food grade plastic bag and place them in a mailing envelope. If it is one of my larger items I will use a box. The plastic protects the item in shipping in case the envelope or box gets wet. Once you receive the hand crocheted item, shake it to fluff. The scarf could smell a bit like the plastic bag when you get it...a bit of time out of the bag and this smell should go away.

My packaging for jewelry will include a cotton lined jewelry box. I do this because it adds more protection for the jewelry while it ships. I will also tie a bow around it. It could get a bit wrinkled in the mail, but it makes it more fun to unwrap! It also makes a nice package for giving as a gift.

This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-3 days because I have a day job. I need the day job to support my yarn and bead habit. So, sometimes an order may come in while I am at the day job and would not be able to mail the same day.
