The focal bead on this pair of earrings is a royal blue sideways oval 10mm wide and 6mm long. This crystal is faceted with a rainbow finish. When the light hits the crystal, it shines in different shades of blue and a bit of purple. There is a silver plate bead cap on each end of the crystals.
This blue crystal is attached to a squiggly silver plate wire that loops from one side to the other. This wire is then attached to a silver plate ear wire. The total length of the earrings, including the ear wire is 1 7/8 inches.
The color blue is considered beneficial to the mind and body. It slows metabolism and produces a calming effect. Blue is the color of inspiration, sincerity and spirituality. Blue also opens the flow for communication.

Frequently Asked Questions
Care Instructions for my crocheted items
Hand wash in cool soapy water. Be sure your soap is a mild soap and you will only need to use just a little soap. Rinse, then lay the item in a towel and roll the towel with the scarf inside. Then press out the excess water. Then lay the scarf flat to dry. Once dry, if the scarf needs a bit of fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer for 1-2 minutes with a dryer sheet.
Care instructions for my Jewelry
I always recommend storing jewelry in a small plastic bag. I will send one of these with your order. This will keep the item from tarnishing, and will also keep necklaces and chains from getting tangled.

Packaging for Crocheted Items
Crochet items:
My packaging for my crocheted items is that I place them in a food grade plastic bag and place them in a mailing envelope. If it is one of my larger items I will use a box. The plastic protects the item in shipping in case the envelope or box gets wet. Once you receive the hand crocheted item, shake it to fluff. The scarf could smell a bit like the plastic bag when you get it...a bit of time out of the bag and this smell should go away.

It could get a bit wrinkled in the mail, but it makes it more fun to unwrap! It also makes a nice package for giving as a gift.

This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-3 days because I have a day job. I need the day job to support my yarn and bead habit. So, sometimes an order may come in while I am at the day job and would not be able to mail the same day.
